GFRP is a reinforced glass fiber solid core matrix panel with a high gloss Gel Coat surface. GFRP is the most diverse Arcoplast panel system, consisting of four different types of panel. There is a standard wall and ceiling panel system and three specialized systems : GFRP Lead Shield Panels • Steel Core Panels • Ultra HD Panels. As there is not one type of cleanroom, the different types of GFRP panel systems are designed and manufactured to meet the demands of the different applications, such as : Biosecurity, Radiology, Chemically Neutral Suits etc...

Arcoplast Hybrid systems cater to areas within the cleanroom such as High Security, High Impact or High Endurance zones within a Primary Barrier, this is done using a Hybrid Primary Barrier made up of a combination of different Arcoplast panel systems. A feature of all Arcoplast Single Membrane Primary Barriers is the long life cycle with no rejuvenating maintenance programs.
