The pipes (AL-COBRAPEX) are suited for any type of heating/cooling and hygienic sanitary systems, plants for the distribution of compressed air, with applications in the residential, commercial, and agricultural field, generally with any kind of non-corrosive fluid*.

The pipes are MULTI-LAYER pipes with aluminium coil and present a valid alternative to both plastic and metal tubes which are normally employed in common systems. The technology of these pipes lies in the fact that a metal layer (aluminium) is inserted between two layers of plastic material (polyethylene and PE-Xb) thereby combining the advantages of the plastic component (resistance to abrasion, resistance to corrosion and other chemical agents, lightness and easy installation), with those of the aluminium component (resistance to high pressure, dimensional stability and reduced thermal expansion).
