The RC3 burglar-resistant ventilation grille is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm. The finish is available in natural anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns.

Material The RC3 burglar-resistant ventilation grille is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm. The finish is available in natural anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns. Dimensions The blade pitch is 50 mm, the built-in depth is 46 mm and the frame flange measures 40 mm. The minimum production dimensions are 300 × 300 mm. Options Available options include a water channel, drip blade, insect mesh 304 in 6 × 6, 10 × 10, 20 × 20 or without mesh, removable insect mesh and a filter. Characteristics The grille is aesthetically refined and functionally robust, certified as burglar-resistant according to class RC3 for surface areas up to 4.75 m². It is easy to install using the supplied stainless steel wall anchors. It is completely corrosion-resistant thanks to aluminium profiles and connection components made entirely of aluminium and stainless steel. Typical applications Typical areas of use include schools, retail premises and apartment buildings.
