GPX Hurricane

20 to 120 minute fire protective and resistive, hurricane rated, aluminum clad framing system.
Offered in standard and custom finishes including high performance fluoropolymer finishes by PPG, clear anodized, bronze anodized, black anodized, Decoral®, any species of wood veneer, ornamental metal, and more.

Hurricane Fire Resistive Doors

60 to 90 minute fire resistive, hurricane rated doors tested to ASTM E-119, which limits the temperature-rise to 250 F above ambient on the non-fire side.
Tested to TAS 201, Large Missile Impact, TAS 202 Air and Water Infiltration and TAS 203, Cyclic Wind Loading.
Tested to NFPA 252, Fire Tests for Door Assemblies.

Available profiles:

5" - 500H Series

Hurricane Fire Resistive Openings

45 minute fire resistive, hurricane rated openings.
Limited to 25% of the total wall area due to radiant heat concerns.
Tested to TAS 201, Large Missile Impact, TAS 202 Air and Water Infiltration and TAS 203, Cyclic Wind Loading.
Tested to NFPA 257, Fire Tests for Window Assemblies.

3" - 300H Series

Hurricane Fire Resistive Wall / Window

60 to 120 minute fire resistive, hurricane rated assemblies tested to ASTM E-119, which limits the temperature-rise to 250° F above ambient on the non-fire side.
Tested to TAS 201, Large Missile Impact, TAS 202 Air and Water Infiltration and TAS 203, Cyclic Wind Loading.
Capable of floor-to-floor and wall-to-wall glazing.
