UNIMIX / UNIMIX-C

UNIMIX is a regulation unit designed to deliver water from a high temperature generator to the most suitable temperature for distribution in radiant circuits. All essential functions are achieved by just two components: mixing, boosting, drain/filling, air purge, shutoff, temperature monitoring and safety shutdown. Mixing is performed in a 3-way valve controllable from a fixed point or using climate compensation. Management of the radiant system is completed with distribution manifolds and relative accessories. It is also possible to divert a direct branch upline of the mixer thanks to a special set of manifolds, which can be selected either as simple versions or with shutoff valves. All UNIMIX components are available with pre-formed insulation casing, which makes the system suitable for applications in heating or cooling.

UNIMIX•C is a mixing system that, thanks to attentive simplification, has been developed to become a compact version of UNIMIX without losing its functional and performance features. All UNIMIX C components are available with pre-formed insulation casing, which makes the system suitable for heating or cooling applications.

Mixing and pump units for radiant systems UNIMIX/UNIMIC-C modular with:
- UM 01 – UM 01D/S: regulation unit UNIMIX with/without pump complete with 3-way mixing valve with headwork for thermostatic control, secondary by-pass with double micrometric adjustment and position memory, primary by-pass for recirculation, thermomanometer 0÷120 °C 0÷6 bar for mixed water, thermometers 0÷80 °C for delivery and return waters, probe pocket for mixed water, shut-off ball valves G 1” secondary side and automatic air vent valve. Available with or without straight or angled shut-off ball valves G 3/4”F on primary side. Available with or without 3-speed standard pump WILO3F centre distance 130 mm or variable-speed electronic pump WILO4F centre distance 130 mm. Body made of nickel-plated CB753S brass; gaskets and O-rings made of peroxide-cured EPDM; other parts made of CW617N brass. Max operating temperature 100 °C. Max operating pressure 10 bar. Max differential pressure at mixing valve ends 250 mbar.

- AUM 03: expanded polypropylene insulating cover.
- T 5011 U: thermostatic head with incorporated control and immersion remote sensor. Range 30÷55 °C o 25÷50 °C. Cable lengh 2 m.
- RV 01: axial servomotor M30x1.5. 3-point adjustment 230 V AC or proportional 0-10 V 24 V AC with display.
- AUM 01 - AUM 11 D/S: high-temperature kit for UNIMIX/UNIMIX-C with primary side connections G 1” and plain manifolds with 3 outlets (EUROK outlets). Complete with fill/drain valve and differential pressure by-pass valve 0.2÷0.6 bar. Available with or without straight or angled shut-off ball valves G 1” primary side.
- AUM 02 - AUM 12 D/S: high-temperature kit for UNIMIX/UNIMIX-C with primary side connections G 1” and manifolds with 3 outlets (delivery: double micrometric adjustment lockshield; return: headwork for thermostatic control with protection cap; EUROK outlets). Complete with fill/drain valve and differential pressure by-pass valve 0.2÷0.6 bar. Available with or without straight or angled shut-off ball valves G 1”F on primary side.
- AC 613 FU: fixed setting 60 °C safety thermostat pre-wired.
