TB-12 Glazed Carmin Roof Tile

TB-12 roof tile is the classic S-Interlocking format by Tejas Borja as one piece high profile roof tile, with multiple discontinuous, especially designed for the tight assembly of the parts aligned in vertical rows and horizontal courses. With 12 units per sq.m. TB-12 roof tiles are currently the S-interlocking roof tiles most used in residential buildings. Courtesy of their aesthetic and architectural versatility, S-Interlocking roof tiles are the most commonly used roof tiles across all five continents. Glazed Carmin finish is obtained by double fire. A glossy finish that prevent premature aging of roofing tiles.

TB-12 roof tile has pre-marked holes specially designed for screw installation. If the roof tiles are installed on battens, the useful length must be calculated on site. A tolerance of ± 2% is allowed on the dimensions of the roof tiles according to UNE-EN 1024. To ensure the good performance of the roof, the under-tile ventilation is always necessary. This will guarantee the durability of the TB-12 roof tiles used to build up the roof with their optimal characteristics, improving the hygrothermal performance of the roof against the moisture resulting from condensation. Installation must comply with Code of practice for the design and fixing of roofs with clay roofing tiles for the region and Tejas Borja specifications.
