The RC2 burglar-resistant surface-mounted grille is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a mesh size of 6 × 6 mm is available on request. The finish can be supplied in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns.

Material The RC2 burglar-resistant surface-mounted grille is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a mesh size of 6 × 6 mm is available on request. Dimensions The blade pitch is 33 mm, the grille thickness is 31 mm and the minimum production dimensions are 200 × 200 mm. Fixing The grille is surface-mounted using burglar-resistant SecuFast® Pin Hexagon A2 screws of ø 4.2 × 38 mm, which are supplied with the product. The maximum spacing between screw holes is 240 mm on the horizontal sides (Y, Z) and 266 mm on the vertical sides, with the last screw position being variable (X). Characteristics The grille is suitable for summer night ventilation and provides burglar resistance in class 5 RC2 according to EN 13049, certified for areas up to 1.73 m². It is aesthetically refined, functionally robust and 100% corrosion-resistant thanks to its aluminium profiles and connection components made entirely from aluminium and stainless steel. Typical applications Typical areas of use include schools, retail environments and night cooling applications.
