The RC2 burglar-resistant built-in grille is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a mesh size of 6 × 6 mm is available on request. The finish can be supplied in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns.

Material The RC2 burglar-resistant built-in grille is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a mesh size of 6 × 6 mm is available on request. The finish can be supplied in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns. Dimensions The blade pitch is 50 mm. The minimum production dimensions are 220 × 220 mm and the clamping width is available in 24 or 28 mm. Fixing The grille is installed in the same manner as double glazing and is clamped into the frame. Characteristics The grille is aesthetically refined and functionally robust, certified as burglar-resistant according to RC2 in compliance with EN 1627 to EN 1630 (September 2011), valid for surface areas up to 4.8 m². It is fully corrosion-resistant thanks to aluminium profiles and connection components made exclusively from aluminium and stainless steel. Options Available options include a water channel, removable insect mesh and a filter. Typical applications This grille is suitable for schools, retail applications and night cooling systems.
