AT12 Standard Chain Actuator

The AT12 Standard Chain actuator is a certified, fully compliant chain actuator engineered to deliver precise, reliable performance for Environmental Window Automation Ventilation applications.

Built on decades of façade industry expertise, it integrates seamlessly with Building Management Systems via Modbus or operates independently through control panels, switches, and sensors.

The AT12 features simple 2-wire 24V dc operation, a slimline design with handed end block connectors for easy installation, and synchronised control of up to four actuators.

It offers advanced functionality including true position and status feedback, programmable opening and closing speeds, seal relief optimisation, inbuilt cycle counting for warranty protection, and analogue 0–10V control.

With a 425 mm opening stroke, 2000N closed clamping force, and a warranty of 15,000 operational cycles or 12 months, the AT12 delivers performance, security, and long-term reliability.
