The Dado^TM Custom Panel is a powerful union between architecture, acoustic performance and the architect/designers’ imagination. By working with RPG, we can help you to create a unique look for your building and client. From custom-width dado grooves/non-grooved spaces to custom panel arrangements, we are here to help.

Features

Ability to mix and match veneer species, finish colors, and dado width and spacing.
Offers reflection and reverberation control in a beautiful millwork finish.

Choose from any commercially available wood veneers, laminates or paint colors.
Decorative and easy to install with z-clips and z-bars for wall mounting.
Can be integrated with several standard grids for ceiling installation.
Panels are available in a high recycled, ULEF, FSC® and Class A Fire-Rated MDF core.

Specification

Finish - Unfinished, veneer with lacquer, veneer with custom stain or colored lacquer. Standard species include Alder, Anigre, Ash, Birch, Cherry, Mahogany, Maple, Poplar, Red Oak, Walnut and White Oak. Custom species may be available on request.

Installation - Mounting options for the Dado^TM Custom Panel include wall systems (Z-clips, direct screw attached) either surface-mounted or with a variety of cavity depths starting at 1-3/4" total system depth, and ceilings systems with options (Torsion Springs for downward access, RPG C-clips for lift and shift access, direct screw attached) for standard 15/16" HD T-grid supplied by others.
