RPH Exit Seals™ | RPH (Roof Penetration Housings, LLC)

Materials:

5000 series RPH Exit Seals™ are made of an all-aluminum body with threaded connection. 6000, 7000, and 10000 series RPH Exit Seals™ have stainless steel flanges. All series incorporate the watertight SilX-14™ gasket seal.

Function:

RPH Exit Seals™ are lightweight, watertight and easy to install. The single installation of this product eliminates the costly leak repairs associated with individual penetrations when installed on the VAULT®. The gasket's flexibility allows for the movement of penetrants caused by temperature changes, structural movements, or vibration without sacrificing its seal or risking cracking.

Temperature Range:

-65°F (intermittent -100°F) to +450°F (intermittent to +500°F)

Type of existing materials:

The single line design of the product allows for compatibility with a wide variety of materials. However, bundled materials should be either sleeved or separated to ensure proper installation. For available sizes and part numbers, please refer to the RPH Exit Seal™ take-off list. Custom sizes can also be accommodated upon request.

Gaskets:

5000 series range from .25” OD to 1.9” OD

6000 series range from 2.00” OD to 3.125” OD

7000 series range from 3.5” OD to 4.5” OD

10000 series range from 5” OD to custom size OD
