Single tap for boiling, chilled and sparkling water

Another tap purely for dispensing boiling water. (This doesn’t have a standard hot and cold mixer function.) Sit it alongside a mixer, or use it in a dedicated space for making teas and coffees in an instant, or quickly filling saucepans. As with the Single tap Round, it’s height-adjustable and rotates 360 degrees.

This tap has no lever on the side, so that no hot or cold water can be tapped. However, in combination with the CUBE, this tap
provides chilled sparkling and still water immediately.

Every Quooker system has a tap on the worktop and a tank underneath. The tank stores water at 108°C. (Yes, above boiling!) Because the tank is vacuum insulated, heat can’t escape. It takes just 10 watts of energy to keep the water to temperature: that’s less than a standard low-energy lightbulb. When boiling water is dispensed, it leaves the tap at exactly 100°C. Fresh water flows into the tank, and is maintained there at the right temperature.
