PROGET fire door "insert fire rate" according UNI 9723 including:
Anti-scratch orange skin surface with insulating filler, total thickness 60mm,
and weight per square meter of wall opening 40kg, with perimetral thin rebate on
3 sides, flat at the bottom.
"Insert frame type" made of completely galvanized sheet steel, for standard
installation via anchors for mortar fixing, including corner joints and lower
spacer to be added on site.
Lock for fire-rated doors, three point locking mechanism with cylinder hole and
insert with patent key.
Safety bolts applied on hinge side leaf edge.
Black safety handle with steel core including cover plates with cylinder hole
and insert for patent-type key.
Nr. 2 three-wing hinges for each leaf of which one hinge with self-closing
spring and one ball-bearing hinge with screws for vertical adjustment.
Internal stiffeners in the door-leaf as a predisposition for the eventual
mounting of an overhead door closer and a panic bar.
Self expanding gaskets inserted in a special channel on the frame.
Identification plate with reference elements, applied in rebate of the door.
