Flow40 heat recovery ventilator

Helty Flow40 expands its configuration possibilities to adapt to any level of customisation and provide a suitable response to every requirement. The decentralised wall-recessed system is ideal for both new buildings and renovation projects, thanks to its invisible and modular approach: Flow40 does not require ducting or false ceilings, leaving only the front cover visible, now available in new sheet metal versions or in white or black PMMA. These options are complemented by a paintable flush-to-wall cover for applications where a completely invisible solution is required. The unit is housed in an EPS installation kit, adaptable to different wall thicknesses, manageable during the construction phase and completable at a later stage with the HRV unit and cover. Helty introduces a new heat exchanger technology, allowing the choice between enthalpy or sensible heat exchangers. Flow40 is available in standard versions with dampers, or with dampers and pre-heating. It is also possible to select the position of the control panel: wall-mounted, on a 503 box, or integrated on the unit. As standard, Flow40 is equipped with a humidity sensor that automatically regulates ventilation based on humidity levels, and with a dual filter ePM2.5 65% + Coarse 90% / Coarse 70%, ensuring effective air purification. The Flow40 version with window-side outlets integrates the air grilles directly into the window reveal, making the system even more discreet. The unit can be combined with optional CO₂ and IAQ sensors. With the Helty Home app, ventilation can also be managed remotely, scenarios can be programmed, multiple units can be controlled and daily operation simplified.
