Guardian Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs) are the critical intelligence behind any safety system, precisely blending hot and cold water to deliver a consistent, "tepid" flow as mandated by safety standards. By maintaining a stable temperature range—typically between 16°C and 38°C—these valves prevent the secondary trauma of thermal shock or scalding while ensuring the water is comfortable enough for a user to endure the full 15-minute flushing cycle.
