LINEO PRO PUZZLE 75 mm 2 slots diffuser

ERGOVENT LINEO PRO PUZZLE 75 are hidden double-slot linear ventilation and air conditioning diffusers purposely designed to be completely concealed in plasterboard ceilings and walls. After installation, the filler is sealed and the diffuser is painted in the same color as the ceiling or wall, leaving only a minimalistic double-slot design visible as a stylish interior accent.

LINEO PRO PUZZLE 75 models are specifically adapted for 75 mm flexible plastic duct systems. The plenum box is manufactured from 10 mm thick PVC, providing high thermal insulation properties suitable for both ventilation and air conditioning. Featuring modular "puzzle-lock" technology, these segments can be joined quickly and precisely with other PUZZLE segments to form continuous, seamless linear slots exceeding 1 meter in length.

The lower part of the diffuser is made of a rigid material with gypsum-like expansion and absorption properties. Once fastened directly to the gypsum ceiling profiles, the diffuser and the ceiling structure become one unit that moves together. This integration significantly reduces the risk of surface cracking or deformations caused by temperature fluctuations or long-term use.

The design is optimized for efficient, one-person installation. To ensure a flawless and durable finish, it is recommended to follow standard plasterboard finishing techniques and reinforce the entire diffuser area with a thin glass fiber cloth. Before painting, surfaces should be primed with a deep primer (or moisture-resistant primer for humid areas), and moisture-resistant paint should be used in bathrooms or high-humidity spaces.
