ERGOVENT LINEO PRO CONDI 160 is an innovative, hidden triple-slot linear diffuser designed for seamless integration into plasterboard ceilings and walls. After installation, the unit is plastered and painted to match the surrounding surface, leaving only three minimalistic slots visible as a stylish interior detail. This model is engineered to handle very high airflow rates, making it the ideal solution for large-scale cooling and ventilation systems.
Specifically developed for air conditioning, the plenum box is manufactured from EPP (expanded polypropylene) with exceptionally high thermal insulation properties. To prevent condensation and dripping, the pressurized casing fully encloses the metal body, and all metal components are treated with a specialized insulation layer. The 160 mm duct connection and the three-slot configuration are optimized for maximum airflow capacity, ensuring optimal air distribution in demanding cooling environments.
The lower part of the diffuser is made of a rigid material with expansion and absorption properties similar to gypsum board. When fastened directly to the ceiling profiles, the diffuser and the structure become a single unit, significantly reducing the risk of surface cracking or deformations caused by temperature fluctuations.
The design is optimized for efficient, one-person installation and long-term durability. To ensure a flawless finish, it is recommended to reinforce the entire area with a thin glass fiber cloth. Before painting, surfaces should be primed with a deep primer, and moisture-resistant paint should be used in high-humidity environments to maintain a clean, high-end appearance.
