Storage tank HE2V

The storage tanks for hot water are suitable for supplyng the services of dwellings, with autonomous or central system, hotel, communities, sport facilities and in general all sysyem where domestic water is recurrently drawn on an irregular basis. Emmeti storage water heaters are made up pf a tank, one or more fixed coil, or one or more flanges to which can be added the same number of coils with relative completition kits. The possibility to install one or more coils of varying power allows the use of traditional and alternative thermal sources, also of a limited thermal sources such as solar energy. Construction: Emmeti accumulators are manufactured in carbon S235JR with buttom surface rounded through deep-drawing. The tanks are assembled with precision automatic equipment and welded with continous thread in Argon athmosphere and CO2 with head coupling. Conformity: Emmeti accumulation boiler, accumulation tanks and heat exchangers satisfies the requirements by the directive 2014/68/UE PED “Pressure equipment” in appliance to art. 4 codicil 3 of the above mentioned directive, to be used with warm or cool water.

- Model from 200 to 500: insulation in rigid polyurethane, foamed directly onto to tank,thickness 50 mm, with SKY covering in PVC grey color
- Model from 750 to 2000: insulation in flexible polyester, thickness 100 mm, with SKY covering in PVC grey color

- Maximum operatig pressure: 10 bar for tanks 200 – 300 – 500 – 750 – 1000
- Maximum operatig pressure: 8 bar for tanks 1500 - 2000
- Maximum operating temperature: 95 °C
- Testing pressure: 15 bar for tanks 200 – 300 – 500 – 750 – 1000 - 1500 - 2000

HE2V tanks are supplied with DN 180 closing flange installed for tanks 200 – 300 – 500 – 750 – 1000 and DN 290 for tanks 1500 - 2000
