Ekstrand's I-frame is a construction that integrates the frame into the wall. With the I-frame you get a simple and minimalistic environment, perfect for stylish interiors.

The I-frame is a further development of Ekstrand's popular and proven PS-frame. Its visible profile is identical to the PS-frame. The I-frame is developed to be an integrated part of the wall. It is completely made of wood and has hidden, adjustable hinges of high quality. The I-frame is an option that is available for any interior door from Ekstrand's TYPE 1 range.

Specification

  • The outer dimensions of the I-frame are 936x2113 mm for standard M9x21 (825x2040 mm door leaf). It is intended for concealed mounting in a 118 mm wall consisting of 70 mm rule and surface layer of plasterboard on OSB board. Delivered as standard with comfort-enhancing and sound-absorbing sealing strip.
