VINYLASTIC® Premium is a Zero VOC, low-odor, water-based PVA (polyvinyl acetate) sealer formulated specifically for new drywall in residential, commercial, and multi-family interior applications. The fast-drying chemistry seals porous gypsum surfaces and equalizes substrate absorption so the topcoat lays down with consistent sheen and color.
Engineered for production-paced projects, VINYLASTIC® Premium dries quickly enough to allow same-day finishing, reducing schedule risk on tenant improvements and turnover work. The Zero VOC, low-odor profile keeps occupants comfortable in renovation environments and supports green-building certifications. Apply by brush, roller, or airless spray; tint up to 2 fl oz per gallon with Dunn-Edwards ZTC Zero VOC colorant when needed.
