The ASSA ABLOY RP100 SimplySafe is a high-performance safety door specifically designed to safeguard people and processes in automated environments. As an essential guarding component, it effectively segregates hazardous areas, protecting operators from moving parts, high-risk zones, or active machinery during operation.

By preventing unauthorized access during automatic cycles, the RP100 SimplySafe ensures that safety-critical areas remain secure at all times. At the same time, it allows for safe, controlled access when maintenance, inspections, or manual interventions are required – without compromising operational integrity.

The door integrates seamlessly with safety interlocks and control systems to ensure safe restart conditions, supporting compliance with key safety standards such as EN ISO 14120 and EN ISO 619.

- Side frames are made of 60x60 mm (W x D) Galvanized steel sheet profile , integrated one safety switch is standard and optional is two safety switches
