ARDEX SD-P® Self-Drying, Trowelable Concrete Underlayment

Fast setting patch for smoothing and repairing indoor concrete floors, ramps and stairways, as well as non-porous substrates such as terrazzo, ceramic and quarry tile, prior to the installation of floor covering.

Installation

General Priming recommendations:

• No priming is required over standard absorbent concrete.
• Over non-porous substrates, use ARDEX P 82™ Ultra Prime.

Coverage:        

• 25 sq ft per bag at 1/4'' (2.3 sq m at 6 mm)
• 50 sq ft per bag at 1/8’’ (4.6 sq m at 3 mm)
• Coverage will vary depending on the texture of the surface being smoothed.

Thickness:

• Install neat up to 1" (25.4 mm)
• Up to 3" (7.6 cm) with aggregate

Install:

• Most floor covering in as little as 90 minutes.
• Wood flooring or high-performance adhesives, such as epoxies or urethanes after 16 hours
