    Envirocoustic™ Wood Wool Ceiling Clouds

Envirocoustic™ Wood Wool Ceiling Clouds offer a sophisticated, high-performance solution for architects, acoustical engineers, consultants, contractors, and specifiers seeking to control echo and reverberation in open or acoustically challenging spaces. Manufactured from three natural ingredients—wood fiber, water, and Portland cement—these environmentally responsible clouds deliver exceptional sound absorption while reducing environmental impact. They are also Cradle to Cradle Certified®, supporting circular material use and contributing to sustainability-driven design.

Designed for spaces where direct mounting to ceilings or walls is impractical, Envirocoustic Wood Wool Ceiling Clouds provide flexible, visually compelling acoustical control. Ideal for restaurants, classrooms, offices, music rooms, theaters, and commercial environments, the clouds deliver Class A fire performance, comply with NFPA 286, and meet the California Department of Public Health VOC emissions standards. Their resistance to microbial and fungal growth further supports long-term durability and suitability for public or private facilities seeking LEED-qualifying solutions.

Precision manufacturing ensures clouds maintain consistent dimensions, uniform thickness, and clean edges, enabling crisp architectural integration. Available in a wide range of custom sizes, shapes, and colors, Envirocoustic Ceiling Clouds can be tailored to match nearly any design intent while delivering both acoustical performance and visual impact. Installation is achieved by suspending the clouds from a 1-1/2" drywall T-grid inserted into factory-routed slots for secure, streamlined mounting.

    Ideal Applications
Schools, civic facilities, gymnasiums, classrooms, auditoriums, music practice spaces, restaurants, bars, sports and entertainment venues, convention centers, houses of worship, shooting ranges, industrial facilities, parking garages, airports, and additional reverberant environments.
