UltraTouch - Natural Cotton Fiber Insulation

    UltraTouch™ Recycled Denim Insulation
High-Performance Acoustical and Thermal Insulation with Sustainable Impact

UltraTouch™ is a safe, sustainable batt insulation made from 80% post-consumer recycled denim and cotton fibers. Unlike fiberglass or foam, it’s non-toxic, non-itch, and free from VOCs or chemical irritants—making it safe to handle and install without protective equipment or warning labels.

Manufactured with a patented production process, UltraTouch™ delivers exceptional sound absorption and thermal performance. Its dense, 3D fiber structure traps and controls sound waves, making it ideal for acoustic-sensitive spaces. It offers high NRC values and superior R-value performance for walls, ceilings, and attics.

    Performance Highlights:

    • Excellent Acoustic Control: High NRC to reduce airborne sound (traffic, HVAC, voices).
    • Superior Thermal Efficiency: Tight friction fit with oversized batts for optimal coverage.
    • Safe & Non-Toxic: No fiberglass, formaldehyde, or VOCs—safe for occupants and installers.
    • Fire & Mold Resistant: Class A fire-rated, treated with a boron-based fire retardant and fungal inhibitor.
    • Sustainable: Made from 80% post-consumer denim; 100% recyclable with low-energy manufacturing.

UltraTouch meets ASTM standards for commercial and residential use and passes California’s rigorous Section 01350 IAQ standard—making it a top choice for healthy, sustainable buildings.
