Automatic deaerator are employed in heating and cooling systems to continuously eliminate the air trapped in circuits, without the necessity of manual intervention.
The air trapped in the system could cause problems such as noise and damaging of the components, corrosion, and mechanical damaging, compromising the optimal functioning of the system and reducing the yield.
Deaerators also have the function of degasser for micro bubbles present in the fluid, through PALL rings which, thanks to their particular geometry, cause the formation of bigger bubbles and therefore, a higher floating capacity. These bubbles, rising to the upper part of the device, are later expelled on the outside.
The deaerator must be installed in horizontal position.
Automatic deaerator , female thread UNI ISO 228.
Available with insulation.
Wide range available, for any installation and connection requirement from G3/4" (DN20) to G1"1/2 (DN40)
