    Rockfon® CleanSpace™ Pro

    Rockfon CleanSpace Pro is a cleanable ceiling tile with good acoustic properties. Applicable in various practical and industrial room types with cleanability requirements. The product is long-lasting and withstands numerous cleaning and disinfection methods

    High sound absorption (Class A) and highest fire safety (Class A1)
    Low particle emission: ISO Class 4
    Does not contribute to the growth of microorganisms
    Rockfon CleanSpace Pro is HACCP certified ensuring safe application in food- and beverage industry

      Humidity and Sag Resistance Up to 100% RH. No visible deflection in high humidity.
      Surface Durability Enhanced durability and dirt resistance.
      Cleaning • Vacuum
      • Damp cloth
      • Steam cleaning (twice a year)
      • Low-pressure foam cleaning (12×/year)
      High pressure cleaning (monthly and only applicable for A-edge installation). Max. 80 bar, min. 1 meter distance, after spread at 30° angle, max. water flow 360 L/h. The tiles should be clipped into the grid.
      - Chemical resistance: Tested according to ISO 2812-3:2019 and classified in accordance with EN 12720.
      Rating on a scale from 1 to 5, where 5 is the best. We obtained 5 for the following detergents and disinfectants (monthly disinfection): Active chlorine 2,6%, quaternary ammonium 0,25%, hydrogen peroxide 5%, Ethanol 70% and Isopropanol 70%
      - Use only soft equipment directly on the tile surface: cloth or sponge. Avoid scraping or stiff brush rubbing.
      Disinfection Resistant to Hydrogen Peroxide Vapor disinfection without impact on aeration time.
      Hygiene Stone wool provides no sustenance to microorganisms.
      Clean Room Classification ISO Class 4
      Recylability Fully recyclable stone wool
      Indoor Environment Rockfon ceiling products are classified in Class E1 in accordance with EN 13964 (EN 717-1). Rockfon ceiling products have a very low release of VOCs
