The double radial compression manufacturing process is particularly suitable for the transportation of sewage, wastewater, rainwater, stormwater, irrigation water, and reclamation water, as well as in the technological systems of hydroelectric power plants. This type of pipe allows for the achievement of high operating pressures, considerable laying depths, elastic adaptation to the ground, stability to groundwater under pressure, and a limited roughness index.
The double radial compression system, by distributing the concrete in multiple layers along the entire inner wall of the pipe, promotes a series of preliminary compactions and guarantees a perfectly regular pre-coating, with a total absence of deformations during the setting process.
The high technological level of this manufacturing process, combined with controlled quality production of the concrete, gives the manufacturer and the user the utmost guarantee regarding the quality of the product, with the possibility of:
- Improving and automatically controlling the compactness of the concrete, ensuring a constant production of manufactured pipes.
- Using concrete that prevents the formation of settlement cracks and voids in the pipes, thus obtaining a perfectly impermeable, durable product with a smooth internal and external finish.
- Achieving perfect compliance of the manufactured product with the UNI EN 1916 standard, with dimensional tolerances that are more than adequate.
- Using different types of coatings and cement.
For longitudinal flexural strength, the product is dimensionally adequate
