HSF High Security Fencing (description)

High security electro-welded mesh made out of Zinc-Aluminum coated wire through produced according to the exclusive Galvatec Process®, which gives excellent corrosion resistance and cathodic protection against cuts and abrasions: both vertical and horizontal wires of 4.0 mm.

Mesh size 76.2 x 12.7 mm. Available finish: polyester coating in different colors.

High security fencing was designed and implemented with the aim of preventing and hindering any intrusion attempt. Specifically, the quality of the raw materials, the dense mesh weft, the wire diameter higher than the standards, the use of stainless steel security bolts and self-cutting nuts offer full safety thus eliminating any support to hands and feet or the use of nippers.

Specially designed for Physical Protection, Safety and Defense of Plants, Sites, Warehouses, Industrial Areas, Military and Telecommunications Infrastructures, Transport Infrastructures, Critical Infrastructures and Sensitive Sites, Sports Facilities, Events - Internal Compartments, etc – HSF can be realized in customized version and on a specific customer request.

MATERIAL:

• Hot-dip-galvanized steel is used for the structure (posts, base plates, optional single/double cranked extensions and/or reinforcing horizontal steel square profiles)
• Wire mesh is Class A galvanized - GALVATEC PROCESS® (Alu-Zinc alloy) 4.0 mm (8ga), small mesh size 76.2x12.7 (h) mm
• Panel finishing: thermosetting polyester powder coating

PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS:

• ANTICLIMBING (the type of net does not allow any support to hands and feet)
• ANTI-CUT (there is not enough space to use any cutters)
• ANTI-BREAKING (use of special fixing bolts in stainless steel with round head and square underhead and safety nuts with Security Shear Nut)

• Standard HSF Fence (Posts 80x60x2.5 mm + mesh panel 76.2x12.7 mm)
• Posts with crancked extension ("Y", "L" or vertical shape)
• Crancked extensions completed by folded panels, steel wires, barbed wire and concertina Razor Tape.
• Optional reinforcing horizontal steel square profiles – dimensions 45x45x1,5mm
• HSF ACTIVA: safety fence that combines the HSF system "Cavatorta Project" with the active protection system in order to detect intrusion attempts, cutting, breaking and climbing, all this hidden inside tamper-proof cable ducts (up to 5). Possibility to integrate lighting systems, cameras, loudspeakers, external sensors, infrared sensors, fiber etc.
