TeamConnect Intelligent Speaker

The portable wired conference speakerphone shall be designed for medium-sized Microsoft Teams Rooms for up to 10 people. 

The speakerphone shall be powered via an external 12 V DC power supply unit.

The speakerphone and the power supply unit shall be connected using a separate Power & Data Box, which shall also be used for connecting the unit to the Microsoft Teams Rooms console in the meeting room. The connection cable of the speakerphone shall be 3 m long. 

The speakerphone shall be supplied with adhesive stickers as well as a mounting screw for different types of fixed installation on the meeting room table. An additional security cable lock shall be available as an accessory.

The speakerphone shall feature a capacitive mute button for instantly muting an un-muting the microphone during the conference call. In addition, the integrated Cortana voice recognition software shall allow the user to verbally control the speakerphone.

The speakerphone shall transcribe the meeting in real-time while identifying up to 10 different voices in the room. The speakerphone shall feature a dynamic neodymium speaker and a beamforming array consisting of 7 microphone capsules. The speaker frequency response shall be 200 to 14,000 Hz and the microphone frequency response shall be 50 to 8,000 Hz.

The housing of the speakerphone shall have an easy-to-clean finish. Dimensions of the speakerphone shall be 128.3 x 56.3mm. Dimensions of the Power & Data Box shall be 61 x 40 x 14 mm. Weight of the speakerphone shall be 469 g. Weight of the Power & Data Box shall be 20 g. Operating temperature shall range from 0 °C to +40 °C (32 °F to 104 °F). Storage temperature shall range from -20 °C to +60 °C (-4 °F to 140 °F). The speakerphone shall be the Sennheiser TeamConnect Intelligent Speaker.
