Pladur® EXO façade composed of a 12.5 mm thick Pladur® Weather Defence plasterboard screwed to the exterior side of a galvanized steel frame and two Pladur® plasterboards screwed to the interior side. The galvanized steel frame is composed by Pladur® EXO M studs (vertical elements) and Pladur® EXO C tracks (horizontal elements). Includes proportional Pladur® materials: screws, joint compounds, joint tapes, perimeter sealing joints, etc., as well as anchors for tracks on floor and ceiling. The interior lining is fully finished to Level of Finish 1 (Q1) for tile cladding, laminates, battens, etc., and also to Level 2 (Q2), Level 3 (Q3), Level 4 (Q4). The cavity of the frame is filled with mineral wool. Assembly according to Pladur® technical recommendations, Technical Conformity TC-116647, and CTE requirements, depending on the intended system use.
