    ATT Flat bottom channel drainage

ATT Flat Bottom Drainage Channels provide a versatile and customizable drainage solution designed specifically to meet the precise needs of architects, designers, and engineers involved in industrial, commercial, and public building projects. Available in an extensive range of dimensions and shapes, ATT drainage channels are meticulously engineered based on detailed drawings created in close collaboration with investors, architects, designers, technologists, and ATT specialists, ensuring perfect integration into each unique architectural and functional context.

Standard ATT drainage channels are constructed using high-quality stainless steel sheets with a thickness of 2 mm, available in AISI 304 (EN 1.4301) and highly corrosion-resistant AISI 316L (EN 1.4404). Each channel features a built-in bottom slope, standardly set at 0.5%, but can be tailored specifically to the requirements of individual projects, providing architects and designers with maximum flexibility.

For ease of installation and precise alignment, ATT drainage channels are equipped with rectifying screws and anchoring elements, enabling efficient leveling and secure embedding into concrete flooring. Shallow flat bottom channels, a standard in ATT’s range, are particularly beneficial for spaces with limited floor height, ensuring optimal drainage efficiency without compromising structural depth.

COVERING GRATINGS: ATT offers a variety of grating options, each specifically suited to different architectural and functional requirements:

    • Plate gratings: suitable for intensive, heavy industrial traffic.
    • Ladder gratings: high-load capacity combined with excellent water flow, ideal for areas requiring rapid drainage.
    • Mesh gratings: optimal for lighter traffic zones, pedestrian pathways, and public spaces.
    • Perforated gratings: designed for aesthetic appeal in pedestrian areas, offering both functionality and visual harmony.

CHANNEL EDGE FINISHING OPTIONS: Channel edges can be customized to accommodate specific flooring materials, temperature conditions, and design preferences:

    1. Downward flange (standard)
    2. Flange
    3. Raised back edge
    4. Edge angle section to accommodate expansion joints
    5. Tightly plate-folded edges
    6. Special finishing adapted for vinyl floors

By offering extensive customization, ATT Flat Bottom Drainage Channels allow architects and designers to incorporate effective drainage solutions seamlessly into diverse architectural projects, ensuring reliability, aesthetics, and compliance with the most demanding building standards.
