    Achieve a high-tech look with the FDS fire-rated access panel in #304 stainless steel. Features 1" trim to cover wall opening imperfections and universal turn ring and key lock.
    Specification

    • Frame: 16 gauge stainless steel with 1” wall flange. Welded on masonry anchor.

      Door: 2” thick, insulated 20 gauge stainless steel with continuous hinge.

      Finish: 304 stainless steel - #4 satin finish.

      Latch: Universal turn ring and key lock (U)

      Size: Minimum: 8" x 8", Maximum: 48" x 48" for Walls,  24" x 36" for Ceilings


      Fire-Rating of FD, FDS:

      UL Certified and Labeled

      Wall/Vertical: 1-1/2 hours, tested per ANSI/UL10B and CAN/ULC-S104

      Intertek Warnock Hersey Listed and Labeled

      Wall/Vertical: 1-1/2” hours, tested per ANSI/UL10B, 450°F temperature rise at 30 minutes

      Ceiling/Horizontal: 3 hours non-combustible or 1 hour combustible, tested per UBC 43-7
