Envirocoustic™ Wood Wool Lay-In Ceiling Tiles

Envirocoustic™ Wood Wool Lay-In Ceiling Tiles offer architects, acoustical consultants, engineers, contractors, and specifiers a high-performing, sustainable solution for managing echo and reverberation in a wide range of environments. Manufactured from just three natural ingredients—wood fiber, water, and Portland cement—these eco-friendly tiles deliver exceptional acoustical absorption while aligning with modern environmental standards. They are also Cradle to Cradle Certified®, reinforcing their role in circular, responsible material design and supporting environmentally conscious building programs.

Engineered for performance, Envirocoustic Wood Wool Lay-In tiles are Class A fire-rated, compliant with NFPA 286, and meet California Department of Public Health VOC emissions requirements, contributing to LEED certification. Their inherent resistance to microbial and fungal growth makes them ideal for demanding public and private spaces.

Precision manufacturing ensures consistent thickness, reliable dimensions, and clean square edges for a refined finish. Standard lay-in sizes drop quickly into a 15/16" heavy-duty T-grid, providing fast installation and dependable fit. For projects requiring enhanced acoustical performance, the tiles can be paired with a cellulose acoustical backer to further increase sound absorption.

Available in multiple thicknesses and finish options—including Primed Clear, Primed White, and Painted—Envirocoustic Wood Wool tiles add both visual interest and acoustic comfort to any design.
