m2 Facade with single-layer mortar finish consisting of: 12 cm thick exterior sheet of PERFORATED BRICK, rope bonded, with 3 mm joint held in place with M-7.5 cement mortar; Thermal insulation layer, fixed to the gero layer with PT-H FIXINGS, consisting of rigid extruded polystyrene sheets with a compressive strength of 2.5 kp/cm2 and 80 mm thick, type SOPRAXPS CW 80; Cladding of exterior walls with Single-layer Mortar for waterproofing and decorating facades, finished with projected aggregate, white, 2 cm thick, reinforced with fibreglass mesh at the most problematic points: joints with slabs, pillars, window lintels, doors, etc.
