Siphon pit Ø800

The RASAN MONOBLOCK manholes are manufactured in one piece by joining the elements by continuous welding using a continuous welding process. From a height of 1400 mm to 2500 mm, they are manufactured in one piece mould. Parts are inserted in the same production process to ensure the watertightness of the system.

The inside of the base of the manhole has been designed with a grooved shape and with a slope towards the outlet, allowing the water to be channelled towards the outlet, preventing it from stagnating. The end result is a perfectly watertight well, which avoids any infiltration of water into the ground or vice versa, making RASAN wells ideal for land with groundwater levels and at the same time avoiding contamination of the environment.

Siphonic manhole PE RASAN system D=1000 mm, max. height. 2.00 m, with reducer cone to manhole D=600 mm at the top, flat bottom, built-in ducks, including inlet connections with union sleeve with elastic joint and built-in siphon outlet, placed on concrete slab HA-25/P/40/l 20 cm thick, fully levelled and installed (not including manhole cover, excavation or external perimeter backfill), s/CTE DB-HS-5, UNE-EN 13598-1:2011, UNE-EN 13598-2:2017.
