  • Strengthening & Concrete Repairing: Top quality repair products for concrete repair

    • EPOSHIELD INJECT W: Injectable, two-component epoxy resin without solvents. Used to apply resin injections in concrete cracks width >3.0 mm.
    • EPOSHIELD INJECT S: Injectable, two-component epoxy resin without solvents. Used to apply resin injections in concrete cracks width 0.1-1.0 mm.
    • REPIFIX PROTECT WRM 510: a material suitable for the application as a corrosion protection coating on iron reinforcement and the priming of concrete before the application of the repairing materials. REPIFIX PROTECT WRM 510 is a one-component product and requires only water for its preparation. After mixing with water, a liquid paste, is produced, which is easy to apply using a brush both on metallic surfaces and on concrete surfaces. It is a non- shrinkable material with optimum cohesion with the steel reinforcement and the concrete. It consists of special specification cement, quartz aggregates with high silicone dioxide content and of chosen granulometry, resins and special admixtures.
    • REPIFIX CLASSIC WRM 515: Repairing cement based product, one- component, type PCC R2 based on ΕΝ 1504-3. Suitable for repairs of concrete surfaces, masonry, plaster, construction ridges of roofs, gutters construction etc.
    • REPIFIX RAPID WRM 518: REPIFIX RAPID WRM 518 is a one-component, fast setting, resinous, polymer modified, cement based repairing mortar for concrete. It consists of cement, quartz sand, and additives. After mixing with water the resulting paste can be applied using a trowel to repair the surface. REPIFIX RAPID WRM 518 does not shrink and has excellent adhesion to concrete and remarkable resistance to frost and moisture. It is suitable for inside and outside use. It is classified as a PCC R2 type repairing mortar for concrete according to EN 1504-3.
    • REPIFIX RAPID+ WRM 520: a resinous polymer-modified onecomponent, cement based, superfast setting (20min) repairing mortar for concrete. It is non shrinkable with optimum cohesion with concrete. After mixing with water the resulting paste can be applied using a trowel. It consists of special specification cement, quartz aggregates with high silicone dioxide content and of chosen granulometry, resins and special admixtures which improves workability, regulates hydration-shrinkage mechanisms and improves mechanical strength. It is classified as a PCC R3 type repairing mortar for concrete according to EN 1504-3.
    • REPIFIX POWER WRM 525: Premium quality and high strength, fiber reinforced, one-component, repairing mortar for concrete, type PCC R4, based on EN 1504-3.
    • REPIFIX GROUT WRM 530: Ready to use, cementitious, shrinkage compensated with a controlled increase in volume product. It is waterproof, free of chlorides and high-alumina cement as well as resistant to frost and de-icing salts. It offers high strength (4) and can be applied for accurate anchoring in big thickness (up to 100 mm).
    • CEM EXPRESS: Fast Setting Cement, Used for fast fxing, repairs, anchors, seals holes etc. and generally where high strength and speed work.

    • REPIFIX TOP WRM 483: Extra fine cementitious putty reinforced with special resins. With excellent workability, leaving a smooth finish, with high abrasion resistance, very good adhesion to the substrate, ready for painting. It is classifi ed as concrete repair mortar type PCC R2 according to EN 1504-3.
    • WRM 500: WRM 500 is a fast setting sealing mortar (3 minutes setting time). It is cement based, non shrinkable and requires only water for its preparation. It contains high quality silica aggregates.
    • REPIFIX EXTRA WRM 512: a mortar suitable for rendering and masonry. It consists of cement, lime, quartz sand, limestone aggregates and improvers. It has strong adhesion to all common substrates and excellent workability. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It is ideal for all kinds of repairs and restoration of plaster and masonry. It is produced and tested according to the European standards EN 998-1 (plasters) and EN 998-2 (masonry mortars).
    • REPIFIX FAST WRM 550: WRM 550 is a white, fast setting, cement based, repairing plaster/ render. It consists of cement, lime, marble and improvers admixtures. Perfect for small repairs on walls.
