The round surface-mounted grille without frame is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a mesh size of 6 × 6 mm is available on request. The finish is available in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns. The frame is welded in only one location.

The frame is welded in only one location. Dimensions The blade pitch is 33 mm and the thickness of the grille is 40 mm. The minimum production diameter is 300 mm. The maximum diameter is 1400 mm for natural anodised (F1) versions and 1500 mm for powder-coated RAL-coloured versions. From a diameter of 1500 mm upwards, the grille is manufactured in two parts. Fixing The grille is mounted using screws.
