The heavy-duty round built-in grille is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a mesh size of 6 × 6 mm is available on request. The frame is welded in only one location. The finish is available in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns.

Dimensions The blade pitch is 50 mm, the built-in depth is 57 mm and the frame flange measures 22 mm. The minimum production diameter is 400 mm. The maximum diameter is 1400 mm for natural anodised versions and 1500 mm for powder-coated RAL-coloured versions. From a diameter of 1500 mm onwards, the grille is manufactured in two parts. Fixing The grille is supplied with pre-mounted wall anchors on the frame, ensuring stable and efficient installation. Typical applications This grille is used in applications where aesthetics and robustness are important parameters.
