The thermally insulated frame grille is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is equipped with a thermal insulation panel filled with PUR foam, and the sandwich panel can be powder-coated on both sides if required. The opening dimensions are produced according to specification. The finish is available in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns.

It is equipped with a thermal insulation panel filled with PUR foam, and the sandwich panel can be powder-coated on both sides if required. The opening dimensions are produced according to specification. The finish is available in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns. Dimensions The blade pitch is 33 mm and the clamping width is available in 24, 28 or 32 mm. The minimum production dimensions are 130 × 130 mm. When ordering, the total dimensions, width × height in millimetres, must be specified. Fixing The grille is installed in the same manner as double glazing and mounted using spacer blocks. Typical applications This thermally insulated frame grille is used in HVAC systems, hospitals, schools, hotels, curtain walls and thermally insulated air ducts.
