The round window grille is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a 6 × 6 mm mesh size is available on request. The frame is welded in only one location. The finish is available in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns.

Material The round window grille is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a 6 × 6 mm mesh size is available on request. The frame is welded in only one location. Dimensions The blade pitch is 33 mm and the clamping width is 24 mm. The minimum diameter is 340 mm. The maximum diameter is 1400 mm for natural anodised (F1) versions and 1500 mm for painted RAL versions. From 1500 mm upwards, the grille is supplied in two parts. When ordering, the total dimensions, width × height in millimetres, must be specified. Fixing The grille is installed in the same manner as double glazing and is clamped into the frame.
