The rounded grille is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 6 × 6 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm is available on request. The frame is welded in only one location. The finish is available in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns.

Material The grille is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. Dimensions The blade pitch is 20 mm, the built-in depth is 34 mm and the frame flange measures 23 mm. The minimum production diameter is 300 mm. The maximum diameter is 1400 mm for natural anodised (F1) versions and 1500 mm for powder-coated RAL-coloured versions. From a diameter of 1500 mm and above, the grille is manufactured in two parts. Fixing The grille is supplied with pre-mounted wall anchors on the frame, allowing fast and stable installation. Options An available option is the ST-415-R frame grille. Typical applications The grille is mainly used in high-voltage cabins and IT rooms.
