The grille is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a 6 × 6 mm mesh is available on request. The frame is welded in only one location. The finish is available in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour (60–80 microns).

Material The grille is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a 6 × 6 mm mesh is available on request. The frame is welded in only one location. The finish is available in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour (60–80 microns). Dimensions The blade pitch is 33 mm, the built-in depth is 28 mm and the frame flange measures 23 mm. The minimum production diameter is 300 mm. The maximum diameter is 1400 mm for natural anodised (F1) versions and 1500 mm for powder-coated RAL-coloured versions. From a diameter of 1500 mm upwards, the grille is produced in two parts. Fixing The grille is supplied with pre-mounted wall anchors on the frame, allowing quick and secure installation. Options Available options include the ST-414R frame grille. Typical applications This grille is suitable for general applications where no specific technical requirements are defined.
