Vetonit - Vetotop UL170 - Polyurethane self-smoothening flooring for cold areas

Vetotop UL 170 is a two-component, solvent free, polyurethane-based, self-levelling flooring for cold areas with soundproof property, which possess high tensile strength with excellent balance of elongation, abrasion resistance and hardness.

The system comprises:

• Layer 1: Substrate - Concrete Slab
• Layer 2: Primer - Vetoprime EP491 - Solvent-free epoxy primer
• Layer 3: Coating - Vetotop UL170 - Polyurethane self-smoothening flooring 2-4 mm thickness
• Layer 4: Line Marking (Optional) - Vetotop UC373 - Line marking polyurethane coating for traffic

Design Criteria

Vetotop UL170 is designed to be a hard-wearing self-smoothening single pour application on cementitious or metal substrates, with thickness ranging from 2 to 4 mm. Once applied, the product exhibits high resistance to abrasion and UV rays.
