Durable system for repairing reinforced concrete structures and elements with rapid-setting, compensated-shrinkage, thixotropic, class R4 cementitious mortar followed by a protective coat of elastomeric paint with good crack-bridging properties, permanent elasticity and high resistance to chemicals.
