ATLANTIA KWA-11xx

ATLANTIA KWA is a series of air-water chillers and heat pumps designed for controlling the temperature of cold or hot water in air conditioning and industrial applications.The KWA-11xx series is available in 4 models in cooling only version (R) and heat pump version (I), with a cooling capacity range of 100-170 kW and a heating capacity range of 110-190 kW.
* Optimised design for reduced refrigerant charge R-410A (ODP 0, GWP 2088).
* Availability of units with R-452B refrigerant (ODP 0, GWP 676).
* Tandem multiscroll to improve the seasonal energy efficiency.
* Series equipped with the latest generation of welded plate heat exchangers in stainless steel, with triple protection, including flow switch, antifreeze protection for water and freon.
* Condensing pressure control as standard for all year operation.
* Low speed condensation axial fans and oversized outdoor coils.
* Electronic fans and electronic expansion valve for minimal energy consumption as option.
* Electronic outdoor axial fans with Axitop diffusers as option resulting in improved eficciency and a ver low noise level.
* Triple acoustic insulation as option, with compressors insulated by acoustic jacket and mounted in closed structure with sound insulation.
* Supervision and electronic control with high performance and easy operation.
* Wide variety of communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet and LonWorks).
* Maximum accessibility and easy maintenance via removable panels.
* Hot gas partial and full heat reclaim system for sanitary hot water.
* High efficiency option consisting of an additional free-cooling module integrated in the unit. This module makes it possible to benefit from the outdoor air energy when outdoor conditions are favourable, to exchange energy with the facility's water.
* OPTIONALS HYDRAULIC VERSIONS:
* Integrated hydraulic kit composed of a circulation pump suitable for water or glycol water up to 0 ºC, purge and closing valves, pressure gauges and flow switch. Low temperature kit is rquired for water temperatures below 0 ºC, which requires replacement of the pump and adds electrical heaters on hydraulic elements to operate with water temperature up to -10 ºC.
* Hydraulic kit built into the unit composed of a circulation pump suitable for water or glycol water up to 0 ºC, buffer tank with anti-freeze electrical heaters to reduce compressors short cycling, 35 liters expansion vessel, purge and closing valves, pressure gauges and flow switch.
