Ceramic flue liners CAF REI 120’

The CAF flue is suitable for combustion coming out from the smoke-proof filter compartments, as required by Fire Protection Law D.M. 30/11/83. It is produced under the ISO 9002 quality system; It is built as a branched collective reed, composed of: two columns of pipes placed side by side, made in refractory antacid, one is the (main) collector in which converge the special "deviator" element (shunt), on each floor there are a series of independent (secondary) ducts, both provide an adequate section for area 0.10 sqm.

Specification

The series includes all accessories necessary for the realization of collective systems (shelf of support, T-shaped elements, air intake grille, diverter, counter-diverter, terminal, refractory sealant TR / 21).It is produced in three standard models:• CAF 43 × 86 (35 × 35 + 35 × 35)• CAF 43 × 76 (30 × 35 + 30 × 35)• CAF 38 × 86 (35 × 30 + 35 × 30)
Technical characteristics of the materials:The CAF conduit consists of monoblock elements in refractory material, H = cm. 50 cooked at over 1000 ° C, REI 120 'certified, equipped with a perfect seal for flue gases.
The available sections of the various models are obtained by the combination of two ducts.
The pipe, due to its technical characteristics, is fully responding to the D.M. 30/11/83.
In all cases for the installation of the ducts in refractory material it is necessary use the refractory sealant paste Shunt TR / 21.The following sections are also available on request:• 40 × 40 ( sez.=mq 0,16 );• 45 × 45 ( sez.=mq 0,20 );• 50 × 50( sez.=mq 0,25 );• 60 × 60( sez.=mq 0,36 ).
