Copper brazed plate heat exchangers provide efficient heat transfer with a small footprint. They are maintenance free, provide a long service lifetime and can withstand high temperatures and extremely high design pressures. They are used in a range of duties including cooling, heating, evaporation and condensing.
Specification

  • The brazing material seals and holds the plates together at the contact points ensuring optimal heat transfer efficiency and pressure resistance. Using advanced design technologies and extensive verification guarantees the highest performance and longest possible service life.

    CB210 and CBH210:

    - Efficiency range: 300-3000 kW

    - Outer dimension: 324 x 742 mm

    - (4x) DN100/PN20, DN80/PN25 or NPS4 Flanges or Compact flanges

    - Pressure vessel approvals: PED, UKCA, ASME, CRN

    - Min/max design temperature: -196 – 225°C

    - Max design pressure: 19 bar at 90°C

    - Material: Stainless steel

    - Sealing material: Copper

    - Available with asymmetric AH, AM and symmetric H, L and M channel types
