Hygienic, smooth, heavy-duty polyurethane terrazzo floor screed Sika® Ucrete® TZ

Sika® Ucrete® TZ is a smooth, polyurethane, heavyduty terrazzo floor with a decorative aesthetic. It has very good resistance to aggressive chemicals, heavy abrasion and temperatures up to +150 °C.

USES

Sika® Ucrete® TZ is used as a wearing layer screed for Sika® Ucrete® flooring systems. Sika® Ucrete® TZ is used within dry process areas including the following application areas:

  • Pharmaceutical facilities
  • Chemical and processing facilities
  • Clean rooms
  • Warehouses
  • Defence estates
  • Electronic facilities and data centres

Specification
  • Substrate quality: Concrete substrate should be visible dry and have a minimum tensile strength of 1,5 MPa. Slip resistance: EN 13036-4 pendulum test (wet floor using 4S rubber): 35 – 40 Thermal resistance: 9 mm thickness: Minimum Service Temperature (ºC): -40 ºC; Maximum Service Temperature (ºC): +120 ºC; Steam cleanable: Fully 12 mm thickness: Minimum Service Temperature (ºC): -40 ºC; Maximum Service Temperature (ºC): +130 ºC; Steam cleanable: Fully Colors: Red, yellow, green, orange, grey, cream, blue and green/Brown
