STANDARD FEATURES:

Endlocks: Each end of alternate slats to be fitted with malleable cast iron endlocks.

Bottom Bar: Structural steel two-piece angle bottom bar (back to back) with weather seal.

Springs: Oil tempered, grease packed helical torsion springs designed to cycle 25,000 times.

Bracket Plates: Brackets (head plates) are fabricated from 1/4” minimum thickness steel plates.

Auto Reset: Easy and fast Fire Door drop test for both chain hoist operation and electric motor.

Powder Coat Black at Factory: Guides, bottom bars, and headplates.

OPTIONS

• Fire Ratings: 45 minute, 1-1/2 hour, 3 hour, and 4 hour (18-gauge only).
• Automatic Closing Devices: XP, XPBB, AFCB
• Detection and Activation Devices : Smoke Detector, 165° Fusible Links, Horn and Strobe, and Heat Detector can be added to the building central alarm system or stand alone with a closing device.
• Optional Mounting: Between Jamb under lintel (fascia required) and Between Jamb above lintel.
• Vision Panels: 5” wide x 3/4” high available on U. L. Rating 45 minute, 1-1/2 hour, and 3 hour.
• Flame Baffle and Jamb Seal: Helps prevent smoke infiltration through the header and jamb.
• High Cycle Springs: Available in 50,000 cycles and 100,000 cycles.
