Gerpex RA insulated pipe (grey)

Gerpex RA multilayer insulated grey color piping systems for water supply, heating, cooling, refrigerating and air compressed
Manufactured and certifed by leading international bodies in compliance with UNI EN ISO 21003, according to the classes of use 2 and 5 for the transport of fuids at a maximum pressure of 10 bar and peak temperatures of 95°C.

The Gerpex RA multilayer consists of 6 layers:
- Cross-linked polyethylene inner pipe (PE-Xb)
- Bonding layer connecting the inner pipe to aluminium pipe
- Butt-welder aluminium pipe, thickness min 0,2 mm
- Bonding layer connecting the outer pipe to aluminium pipe
- Cross-linked polyethylene inner pipe (PE-Xb), dimension 16-32
- Closed- cell expanted plyethylene, coveres with a film in extruded LD-PD grey color (insulating sheath)

Technical data of insulating sheath:
- Material: closed- cell expanted plyethylene, coveres with a film in extruded LD-PD
- Therminal conductivity: ≤ 0.040 W/mK (UNI EN ISO 8497)
- Fire reaction class: CL-S1-d0-d2 (EN 13501-1)
- Thickness of covering: compliant with attachment B- TAB 1 of President Decree 412/93
